Return Process

Return Authorization: Once your request is received, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with your returned item.

Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made by Ace Ultra Premium.

Inspection of Returned Items: Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refunds
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
